I just got an email about some of the exciting changes that is going to taking place!! Scentsy is changing the base of the plug-ins to be compatible in Canada!! They are changing the base and plug in form so that they will work in Canada’s outlets!! How exciting is that now they can share in the magic that is Scentsy!! Now for the other news. Starting March 1st the plugs in will be $20 dollars rather than $15. This is mostly for the consultants and hostess benefits. (Not that we asked for this change). When customers host a party full of “newbies” they usually always order a plug in as their first warmer. For a few reasons 1 because they are quite a bit cheaper 2 because they are smaller and 3 because they just want to try one before they invest in more. Which is great but for the hostess it brings their sales down. For the consultants it brings their commission down. Once they buy the plug in they are usually always happy with it and come back for more so it works for the consultant but is a bummer for those hosts who didn’t get their benefits because they didn’t hit their sales mark. This will hopefully urge the buyers to buy the larger ones!! So for those of you who have been dying to try Scentsy now is the time to get your plug-in before the prices go up!!!
